How can we help?

All of our seafood is packaged in a styrofoam box which has the best insulation followed by a corrugated box on the outside of it for even more protection. All of our fresh orders are shipped with gel packs to maintain the freshness and quality. Lastly, we add dry ice in the packages to keep the temperature nice and cold. The Dry Ice may evaporate upon arrival and we do not ship dry ice with live shellfish such as oysters (we do not want to kill them with it!).

We currently only offer Free Shipping on orders that are $200 or more. We are working hard with couriers to improve the rates outside of New York in order to provide this to other provinces as well.

Pick Up is NOW an option upon checking out. If selected, we will email you date and time for your pick up. Please do NOT show up unless a date and time are confirmed. You will pick up your order at Loading Dock #1 on the west side of the building. Upon arriving just call with your order number.
